Summary

This tutorial is an introduction to the concept of People in Sanduq. Here, we learn about what a "People object" or simply, a Person, is comprised of. Moreover, we introduce the Create a Person form and provide a detailed reference to every metadata attribute of a Person.

What is People?

People is a concept in Sanduq that represents any and all individuals that are relevant to any and all Assets. We may use the singular term Person to refer to a singular People Object. A Person in Sanduq is a combination of a Profile Image & the Metadata (explained in Glossary).

Note

The Profile Image is optional. It is, however, recommended to upload.

Create a Person Form

The metadata attributes of a Person correspond to the fields in the Create a Person Form. This is the form that allows a cataloguer to create a Person in Sanduq.
